Description:
Hexen uses a modified version of Doom II engine and follows the story of Heretic, adding elements like (as in Heretic) be able to look up and down and store items in inventories. Moreover, Hexen also allows the choice between three classes (Warrior, Cleric and Mage) for your character.
Hexen popularized the use of the "hub system", where there aren't more stages to be passed progressively (like Doom and Heretic) but a world connected in sub-worlds where the player can go anywhere and go back anytime.
