Trine 2 is the sequel to the eponymous game that debuted on PlayStation 3 and PC last year. Digitally distributed, as well as the first, the game features an adventure in a fantasy world in the mold of a 2.5D side-scroller. The title continues to bring puzzles using physics and the game still displays new skills for each of your characters.
Like the predecessor, the player has access to three different heroes: a warrior, a mage and a gatuna. Now, the magician is able to grab enemies and manipulate them, allowing you to make whatever they want with their victims - including solving puzzles. The gatuna can slow down time, something that fits like a glove in the most intense moments.
The game features more attractive and new graphics effects, and tracks with an epic atmosphere.
